Agnes leads the firm's practice. She holds an LL.M. in Investment and Trade Law, with specialised coursework in GATT/WTO law, international investment law and commercial arbitration. She is a Certified Professional Mediator and a certified UNCTAD Trainer of Trainers, and has completed the ITC Trade in Services and trapca International Trade Policy programmes.

Her career spans more than ten years in legal practice, trade and investment facilitation, including business facilitation work with Kenya's national investment promotion agency and engagements across the East African Community and markets in West and Southern Africa. She has worked with governments and development partners, among them UNCTAD, GIZ, ITC, JICA, UNDP and the SADC Secretariat, on investment climate, trade facilitation and digital government service delivery.
